European Museum of Students - MEUS

Are you looking for a unique museum? MEUS is the only museum in Europe about the history of students. It goes back in time to unveil the role played by students at the university and in society. Immerse yourself in the student world, with 400 exhibits, including objects, paintings, manuscripts, sculptures, posters, reconstructions of room settings, vintage costumes, videos, films and documentaries.

Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 4pm*

Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: 10am - 6pm*

*Last admission 30 minutes before closing   
 
Closed on working Mondays, January 1, May 1, August 15, December 24 and 25

Tickets

Standard ticket 5€ 

Reduced-rate tickets 3€: young people aged 20 to 26; visitors over 65; groups with our museum guide or with their own guide (min 10 / max 20 participants); FAI card holders; Almae Matris Alumni Association card holders

Free admission: students of the University of Bologna; staff of the University of Bologna; young people up to 19 years old; groups of Winter/Summer School students organized or participated by University of Bologna; school teachers of all grade levels with card; visitors with disabilities and accompanying visitors; licensed journalists and tourist guides; ICOM card holders; ANMS card holders; Card Cultura holders; Students of Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna; Ukrainian citizens

*To be chosen from among the following Museums: Museum of Palazzo Poggi, European Museum of Students, Geological Collection "Giovanni Capellini Museum". Valid for 10 days.

INDEPENDENT GROUPS

Groups of more than 10 persons on an independent visit are required to notify the museum venue in advance.
